We are introducing a new FirmStatus.DECLINED enum value to the firm.status field. A firm will be assigned this status if it does not meet our underwriting requirements. FirmStatus.DECLINED is a terminal state. By the time a firm reaches this status, our underwriting team has already requested follow-up documentation and the firm has still not satisfied the required criteria.
